• Self-Reported data concerning the mental health of a person during the postpartum period, such as mood, and depressive symptoms
• Data concerning the medical history of a person during pregnancy and the postpartum period, such as birth or delivery outcomes

Usage Data

Usage Data is collected automatically when using the Service and may include information such as Your Device's IP address, device type, software version, pages visited, time and date of visit, time spent, unique device identifiers and other diagnostic data.

When You access the Service by or through a mobile device, We may collect similar information including mobile device type, unique ID, IP address, operating system, browser type, unique identifiers and other diagnostic data.

Information Collected while Using the Application

While using EmBRACE, in order to provide features of Our Application, We may collect, with Your prior permission:

• Mobile Device Access: We may request access or permission to certain features from Your mobile device, including microphone, SMS messages, camera, reminders, or other features. If You wish to change Our access or permissions, You may do so in Your device's settings.
• Push Notifications: We may request to send You push notifications regarding Your account or certain features of the application(s). These notifications will only come from EmBRACE and will never originate from third parties or advertisers. If You wish to opt-out, You may turn them off in Your device's settings.

We use this information to provide features of Our Service, to improve and customize Our Service. The information may be uploaded to the Company's servers and/or a Service Provider's server or stored on Your device.

Use of Your Personal Data

The Company may use Personal Data for the following purposes:

• To provide and maintain Our Service, including monitoring the usage of Our Service.
